COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS
Our Background Checks include Social Security Trace, County, Federal and National criminal checks, driving license history, pre-employment credit reports, education verification, employment verification and workers compensation claims history.
PROFESSIONAL REFERENCE CHECKS
Our reference checks are comprehensive and when completed will include three references for each candidate. We typically acquire two supervisory and one peer to peer, but this can be customized. Our clients can utilize our general questionnaire, or can customize the questions to suit their needs. When available we try to contact the current or prior employer.
TALENT ASSESSMENTS
These tests cover the candidate’s personality and their performance and competency. These assessments measures a person’s learning index which includes their verbal and numerical ability and verbal and numerical reasoning. In addition, the test measures their behavioral profile which includes energy level, assertiveness, sociability, manageability, attitude and independence. The second test measures key behavioral factors such as productivity, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, adapting to change, response to stress and conflict and motivational energy. Tests are administered over the Internet.
