Service: We execute a laser focus phone sourcing campaign to find the best matched candidates for your openings. These are candidates that are not applying to the job ads or have their resumes posted on the Internet. They are gainfully employed, but once made aware of your opening, are interested in pursuing the opportunity. CSG gathers the candidate’s updated resume, verified interest, salary requirement and availability.

Terms: Specify a certain number of hours or candidates required. There is a 15 hour minimum time block.

Turnaround Time: Average execution is 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on the type of search, you may begin to receive candidates in as little as 7 business days.

Delivery: Candidates can be emailed or added to your ATS system. Note that Passive Candidates should be contacted as quickly as possible and courted through the process.
